The second piece of the Senior Member development is the choosing of a technical track on completing Level 1. Tracks are jobs that go along with your position in the Squadron, as well as any interest the Member may desire personally. There are over 20 different tracks to chose from. This Squadron will work with the members to make sure they are able to proceed through the tracks with little issues and guide them through the process. However, there is an expectation that the Senior Member does the work and completes the technician requirements.
